TUSA Ino Pro Dive Mask, in addition to all the features of the original Ino mask, offers a deluxe lens experience with UV 420 Lens Treatment, Anti-reflective Lens, CrystalView Optical Glass, and Freedom Film to prevent mask fogging. This mask comes with a black or white option. and is designed for the smaller faces out there.

ANTI-REFLECTIVE (A/R) LENS TREATMENT

TUSA’s Anti-Reflective (A/R) Lens Treatment decreases internal and external reflected light. This reduction increases light transmission to 95% resulting in significantly enhanced colour, clarity, contrast and better overall vision underwater.

UV 420 LENS TREATMENT

UV 420 Lens Treatment protects against harmful high-energy visible (HEV) light and its potential to damage the Retina. HEV light is not just present on sunny days but on overcast days as well. Therefore, it is extremely important to protect your eyes against UV and HEV light in all weather conditions when diving.

CRYSTAL VIEW OPTICAL GLASS

TUSA’s CrystalView Optical Glass lenses provide superior clarity, colour and transmission of light over standard glass lenses used by the competition. Due to impurities and reflectivity, up to 15% of available light can be lost with a standard glass lens.

TUSA’s CrystalView lenses with UV/AR treatment transmit up to 95% of available light to the diver for clear, crisp vision.

CrystalView lenses are used in all PRO model masks.

D-SYNQ

TUSA has developed a unique Fitting Ring that has been built into the Mask Skirt. This technology enables the Mask Skirt to mould to all face shapes providing the perfect fit, seal, and underwater experience.

Sync to different head sizes by pulling directly on the fitting ring. Sync to different facial shapes with a ‘sealing surface’ by a hinge.

Freedom Dry enhances comfort and fits by utilizing a revolutionary low-friction skirt surface. The skirt fitting line (shown in red) features a low friction surface that delivers a superior seal and increases the facial area contact patch while significantly reducing excess skin tension. The result is a soft and supple feeling mask with a dramatically improved seal.

SWIFT BUCKLE 3D

TUSA has designed the perfect buckle and mask strap. The NEW low-profile buckle is slim and lightweight. The easy-adjustment buckle and strap is silent and effortless when making adjustments.

3D MASK STRAP

TUSA’s revolutionary 3D Mask Strap fits snugly against the head’s curvature for superior comfort and unprecedented fit.

ROUND EDGE SKIRT

The TUSA mask features a round mould, a special cross-sectionally shaped skirt fitting line (the outer end part of the silicone skirt touching the face) and is moulded by rolling the edge to the outside. When the skirt portion of the mask touches the face, the conventional mask is fitted with thin edge lines (Fig. 1), whereas with the TUSA mask, a round-edge skirt is fitted on the face (Fig. 2), resulting in a soft-fit suppressing pressure and reducing creasing left on the face. This “planar fit, instead of linear fit” silicone skirt maintains a great seal and unprecedented comfort.

How Products are Shipped

Orders are sent via Australia Express Post, Couriers Please, Star Track and Australia Post. PO Box and Parcel Locker addresses are shipped via Australia Post; however, We cannot ship large items to these addresses, so you will need to provide a residential or business address. All smaller items and as many as possible are sent via Australia Express Post for a speedy delivery.

Large Item Shipping Costs

Due to the increased freight costs, some large items incur an extra shipping fee in addition to the Flat rate shipping cost.

All orders are usually shipped the same day if ordered before 12 pm or 1-3 days after the initial purchase. At DGA, We only use reputable couriers that offer excellent service and fast delivery. Rural locations will take longer to arrive (non metro).

In rural and remote parts of Australia, shipping will depend on the availability of our shipping companies that can transport your goods to you. We always choose the fastest way possible. Please note our flat rate of $20 is based on delivery to Metro mainland Australia. Some Rural parts of Australia, Offshore islands, North Queensland, Western Australia and Territories of Australia may incur additional postage costs due to the remote location, which means our DGA Customer Service team will contact you or the extra shipping costs to get your products to you.

Hassle-Free Easy 30-Day Returns Policy

We understand that the product that you have purchased may not suit or fit you. For us to best assist you in preparing for a return or exchange, please read the following information carefully before returning a product. DGA Dive Gear Australia offers you a 30-day exchange policy on most products within Australia for all goods that are unused and in a saleable condition. This means: Eligibility Conditions

The product and packaging are undamaged, unworn, unmarked and where applicable with tags still attached.
Must include all packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and accessories.
If you believe your product is faulty, please refer to the faulty items section below.
Dive Gear Australia is not responsible for misuse of products or poor treatment of goods including proper care and servicing or equipment on time.
Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise.

If a product comes back and meets the standards above, we will offer you an exchange for a different size or a product of the same value. If a product is returned to us that has been worn, used in water or is damaged, Your return may not be accepted and the goods shipped back to you at your expense. For all returns and exchanges, please contact us at sales@divegearaustralia.com.au outlining what product you would like to return, the reason and your order number. We will do our very best to look after you from there as soon as possible.

Return and Exchange Shipping

Unless an item is defective, If you need to exchange or return an incorrect product, please send the item back with a copy of your invoice and any instructions or information we might need. Clearance and Non-returnable Items

Special order merchandise or any item indicated on the website as non-returnable is as such. Clearance items are not refundable and may not be returned unless there is a clear warranty issue or fault with the product. We will exchange as long as stock is available of the same item.

Refund and Credits

Please allow up to 14 days for a credit to appear on your account from the received date. We will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase, minus the original cost of shipping.

Click & Collect – LOCAL PICK-UP

Shop online and then collect your order in-store with our Click & Collect service. (Melbourne and Victoria customers only).

This means you can order your favourite product online and pick it up from our store, limiting the need for physical contact with our team.
