Kids Wetsuits & Junior Wetsuits
Find a kids or junior wetsuit for family snorkelling trips and time in the water. Compare neoprene thickness, coverage and entry style, then choose the model and size for your child’s current measurements.
Choose by measurements, with age as a guide
Kids, junior and youth labels overlap between brands. Measure height, chest, waist and any other dimensions requested by the product’s size chart in centimetres. Approximate ages are a guide only: children of the same age can need different sizes. Use the relevant brand’s chart where available, and ask us if the fit is unclear.
Look for a comfortable current fit
A wetsuit should fit closely while allowing comfortable breathing and movement at the shoulders, hips and knees. Check the neck, wrists and ankles for fit. Avoid choosing an oversized suit simply to allow for future growth; the fit needs to work now. Some listings offer youth sizes alongside adult sizes, so check the exact option before ordering.
Compare thickness and coverage
Consider water conditions, time in the water and how readily your child feels cold. Compare the material, lining and coverage of each model rather than relying on thickness alone. A lightweight stinger suit serves a different purpose from an insulating neoprene wetsuit.
Putting together a child’s snorkelling kit?
Explore Kids & Junior Snorkelling Gear for masks, sets and related equipment. If you are buying a wetsuit as a gift, ask for the child’s current measurements rather than choosing from age or everyday clothing size alone. For other family members, browse snorkelling wetsuits.
