Check the Small fit
Select Small for the youth option, then check the skirt seal and nose comfort.

Find kids’ snorkelling masks and selected youth fits for family snorkelling adventures. Compare smaller conventional masks with dedicated junior full-face options, then use each model’s fit guide to choose a comfortable seal. Approximate ages are a guide only; individual fit varies.

Compare the Mini Shadow’s smaller profile and frameless, single-lens design.
Check the XS size chart and guidance for supervised surface snorkelling.
A comfortable kids’ snorkel mask should seal around the face without pressing on the nose or pulling the strap tight. Keep hair clear of the silicone skirt and check for gaps around the cheeks and temples. Try the mask before heading into the water.
Open the selected product’s Mask Size Chart or fit guide and follow its measurement points. Frame and skirt dimensions describe the mask; they are not automatically the face measurements a child needs.
The Aqualung Reveal UltraFit in Small is an option for some youth and smaller faces. This product also offers Medium and Large sizes, so select Small when comparing the youth option and check the individual fit. Its silicone skirt and adjustable buckles help you fine-tune comfort.
Conventional masks cover the eyes and nose and are used with a separate snorkel. The Oceanic Mini Shadow has a smaller skirt profile, a single tempered-glass lens and frameless construction. It is worth considering for smaller faces and some young snorkellers, subject to a comfortable seal.
The Aqualung Reveal UltraFit offers Small, Medium and Large fit options, while the Mini Shadow uses its own smaller-profile design. A “Small” label in one model does not establish the same fit in another. Compare nose space, skirt shape and comfort as well as overall size.
Choose a snorkel that suits the child’s mouth and the mask’s strap. For ready-matched combinations, browse junior and youth mask and snorkel sets.
The Cressi Baron XS Junior and Sea Lion Design kids’ full-face mask combine a face-covering mask with an integrated snorkel. Each has its own size chart and fit instructions; do not transfer a measurement range from one model to the other.
Use these junior full-face models for relaxed surface snorkelling with close adult supervision. They are not intended for scuba diving or freediving and are not flotation aids. Check the seal, strap adjustment and the manufacturer’s instructions before use.

Rinse the mask with fresh water after use, let it dry in the shade and protect the lens when packing it away. Follow the exact model’s cleaning and anti-fog instructions, as lens materials and coatings differ. Avoid abrasive cleaners and flame treatment.
