How to measure your BCD
- Waist: measure at the waistline shown in the diagram, rather than using the size on your jeans. Keep the tape level.
- Over the shoulder (OTS): run the tape from your waistline at the back, over one shoulder, to your waistline at the front.
- Check the BCD over the exposure suit and layers you will dive in. Adjust the shoulder and waist straps, then check that you can breathe and move comfortably with the BCD inflated.
- Use the chart for the exact BCD model. Height and weight are guides; waist and harness fit also matter.

Rogue BCD Waist Band Assembly
Change the waist fit of your Aqualung Rogue or replace its worn waistband without replacing the complete BCD. This waistband assembly is one of the Rogue’s separate harness components, so you can select the waist section to suit your build while retaining compatible shoulders and back assembly.
Choose from the available Small, Medium and Large options. Check the fit while wearing the exposure suit you normally dive in, leaving suitable adjustment for a comfortable, secure harness.
Choose the assembly you need
This listing is for the waistband assembly. If you need a waistband supplied with the SureLock weight system, compare the separate SureLock version before ordering. If only a removable weight pocket is missing, a complete waistband may not be necessary.
Match the connections to your Rogue and follow Aqualung’s assembly instructions. Check the completed harness and all releases before diving. Rinse after use and inspect the webbing, stitching and buckles as part of normal gear checks.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a refund, exchange or optional store credit on eligible unused goods within Australia. Refunds go to the original payment method. Keep goods clean and undamaged with tags, original packaging and all accessories. No restocking fee applies to eligible returns meeting these conditions.
For change-of-mind returns and size exchanges, you pay return postage and replacement shipping. Original delivery charges are not refunded. Water-tested goods, clearly marked clearance items and genuinely custom-made or personalised items are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Ordinary discounted goods remain eligible.

For fins and boots, tell us which socks or dive boots you will wear.
How do I check availability?
