How to measure for your BCD
- Chest: measure around the torso just below the arms.
- Waist: measure between the hips and the base of the rib cage with the tape level.
- Check the fit with your usual exposure suit. Cressi advises allowing about 5 cm extra waist room for wetsuits thicker than 5 mm.

Cressi Start BCD
Start with the essentials: a supportive backplate, adjustable harness and large storage pockets. The Cressi Start uses a durable Cordura construction and a conventional jacket layout, making it a straightforward choice for recreational divers and training use.
Features and benefits
- Harness support. Independent waist strap; chest strap. Adjust the system with the exposure suit you normally dive in.
- Useful storage. Storage includes 2 large pockets. Keep accessories together in the available pockets.
- Equipment attachment. D-ring layout: 4 plastic. Position clips and accessories where they are convenient to reach.
- Durable construction. Construction uses 1000D Cordura outer; 500D inner for protection against wear during diving and handling.
Fit and configuration
Select the appropriate size or harness adjustment for your body and exposure suit. A separate weight system is required. Match lift and ballast capacity to the selected size and complete cylinder setup; these are separate from the BCD’s own dry weight.

We offer a 30-day exchange on most unused products within Australia when they are in saleable condition with their original packaging and accessories.
