The Aqualung Axiom Men’s BCD is a premium jacket-style scuba BCD designed for exceptional comfort, stability and control both above and below the water. Featuring Aqualung’s Wrapture™ Harness System, the Axiom holds the cylinder close to your centre of gravity, helping reduce tank movement, improve underwater trim and make walking with your scuba gear noticeably more comfortable.
With SureLock™ II integrated weights, the GripLock™ tank band and a comfortable padded harness, the Axiom is an excellent choice for recreational divers who want a supportive, secure BCD without sacrificing freedom of movement.
Comfortable, Secure Wrapture™ Fit
The innovative Wrapture™ Harness System uses an ultra-thin internal harness to hold the BCD securely against your body and reduce the tendency for it to ride up while diving.
By positioning the cylinder closer to your centre of gravity, the Axiom distributes the load more effectively and helps you remain more upright when standing or walking with your dive gear.
Swivelling shoulder buckles automatically follow the angle of the webbing as you tighten the BCD, creating a more natural and comfortable fit across the torso.
SureLock™ II Integrated Weight System
Aqualung’s SureLock™ II Weight Release System makes loading and securing your integrated weights quick and reassuring. Each pocket locks into position with an audible click and can be released with a smooth single pull when required.
Additional non-ditchable weight capacity allows divers to fine-tune their trim and weight distribution.
Streamlined & Easy to Dive
A bladder retraction system pulls the sides of the aircell inward as the BCD deflates, helping reduce unnecessary bulk and drag underwater. Aqualung’s low-profile flat valves further contribute to the Axiom’s streamlined design.
The adjustable chest strap can also be moved higher or lower along its rail, allowing you to tailor its position for comfort or accommodate equipment such as a drysuit inflator valve.
