Apeks publishes this shared guide for ThermiQ One and ThermiQ Base undergarments using grouped size labels. SM/MD means Small/Medium and LG/XL means Large/Extra Large. Use the ranges as a guide and check the individual sizes offered on the product.
How to measure
Ask someone to help. Stand upright and barefoot. Use a soft tape held level and close to the body without pulling it tight.
- Height: measure from the floor to the top of your head.
- Chest: measure around the fullest part of your chest.
- Waist: measure around your natural waist.
- Buttocks: measure around the widest part of your hips and buttocks.
- Crotch to floor: measure down the inside of your leg from the crotch to the floor.
- Weight: record your weight in kilograms.

The ThermiQ Base provides a one-piece layer beneath a compatible drysuit. Its zip-free design and moisture-wicking fabric support movement and comfort within the exposure system.

We dispatch orders five days a week, usually within 1–3 days. Standard mainland Australian shipping is $20. Click & Collect from our Hallam store is free once your order is ready.
- Large or bulky gear: additional freight charges apply on top of standard shipping: large dive bags $30; long freediving fins $15; long spearguns $20. Scuba tank freight is shown at checkout.
