SANTI Men's Undersuit Size Guide - Flex 190 and Kango

Manufacturer body measurements for the SANTI men's Flex 190 and Kango undersuits. All measurements are in centimetres (cm). These are body measurements, not measurements of the finished garment.

How to measure

Ask another person to help. Stand upright in thin, close-fitting clothing and use a soft measuring tape. Record your body measurements in centimetres without adding extra room for insulation. Measure twice.

Height: measure barefoot from the floor to the top of your head.
Chest, waist and hips: keep the tape level around the body without pulling it tight. Follow SANTI's illustrated guide for the measurement positions.
Inner arm and inner leg: measure from the armpit to the wrist, and from the crotch to the floor while barefoot.
Body trunk: follow the manufacturer's measuring route from the front neck base, through the crotch and up to the base of the neck.

Check movement with your intended base layers and drysuit. If measurements fall between sizes, contact Dive Gear Australia for fitting help before ordering.

The SANTI Kango is a one-piece Polartec Power Stretch fleece undersuit for divers who want a flexible, low-bulk layer beneath a drysuit. Its three-pocket design, reinforced lower legs and routing openings make it practical both underwater and while preparing between dives.

How the Features Help

The fleece provides insulation and stretch without the bulk of a heavier multilayer undersuit. The smooth reinforced areas help protect the garment where it is more likely to rub, while the thumb loops and foot straps help keep sleeves and legs in position as you put on your drysuit.

The three-pocket layout is useful during preparation and surface intervals. Pockets are not waterproof storage, and the routing openings do not mean a heating system or P-valve is supplied.

Fit and Use

Compare your measurements with the model’s size guide and check the fit wearing the intended base layers, insulation and footwear. Reach overhead, bend and adopt your normal diving position without pulling tightly across the shoulders or crotch. Select the complete insulation system for your conditions, duration and personal needs; use a drysuit with appropriate training and the supplied instructions.

Layering and Dive Conditions

SANTI positions the Kango for shorter recreational dives in cold to moderate conditions. Choose the complete insulation system for your water temperature, time in the water, workload and personal cold tolerance. A longer or low-activity dive can require additional insulation even when the water temperature is unchanged.

Check overhead reach, a shoulder hug and kneeling while wearing your intended base layer and drysuit. The garment should stay in place without bunching or restricting movement. Base layers, drysuit, heating equipment and P-valve components are separate.

Gear Care and Washing

The Kango’s Polartec fleece is machine washable: use the cold synthetic-fabric programme and follow the garment label for detergent and spin settings. Close zips and keep it away from hook-and-loop fasteners or other abrasive garments.

Dry flat or on the provided hanging point as the label directs, with good airflow. Avoid high heat and fabric softener, and make sure the fleece is completely dry before storing it.
