SANTI Flex 190 Undersuit Ladies
The SANTI Flex 190 Ladies undersuit combines 180 g/m² Climashield Contur insulation with four-way stretch for freedom of movement beneath a drysuit. Its layered fabric, moisture management and wind-resistant outer surface make it a practical part of a carefully chosen diving insulation system.
Features and Details
- 180 g/m² Climashield Contur insulation with a listed thermal resistance of 0.96 CLO.
- Three-layer fabric construction: a breathable insulating core between soft polyester inner and outer layers.
- Four-way stretch helps the undersuit move with you.
- AquaBan technology supports moisture movement through the insulation.
- Wind-resistant outer layer for added comfort when out of the drysuit.
- Five pockets: three at the front and two at the back.
- Two-way zip, heating-cable access and separate P-valve routing.
- Cuffs with thumb retention, wide elastic ankle bands, and reinforcement at the knees and elbows.
How the Features Help
The stretch fabric helps you reach valves and other equipment without the undersuit pulling tightly across your shoulders. The soft layers sit comfortably beneath the drysuit, while the elastic ankle bands and thumb retention reduce sleeves and legs riding up during dressing.
A breathable base layer helps the moisture-management system work effectively. The outer fabric provides wind resistance during surface intervals, but the Flex 190 is an insulating garment and does not replace the waterproof barrier of your drysuit.

Fit and Use
Compare your measurements with the model’s size guide and check the fit wearing the intended base layers, insulation and footwear. Reach overhead, bend and adopt your normal diving position without pulling tightly across the shoulders or crotch. Select the complete insulation system for your conditions, duration and personal needs; use a drysuit with appropriate training and the supplied instructions.
Choosing Your Insulation
Choose your undersuit for the water temperature, planned dive duration, activity level and how readily you feel the cold. Longer dives and extended periods with little movement can require more insulation. A temperature recommendation is a starting point, not a guarantee of warmth.
Wear the Flex 190 over a suitable breathable base layer and check the fit inside your drysuit. Allow for any extra layers or heating vest you plan to use without adding unnecessary bulk. Heating cables and P-valve tubing must be routed so they do not pull, kink or interfere with the zip and seals.
Special order: if your size is not in stock, the existing lead-time guidance is up to eight weeks. Contact Dive Gear Australia for current availability and timing.
Gear Care and Washing
Wash according to the care label and SANTI’s undersuit instructions, using a separate machine load and a gentle cycle at the specified temperature. Run an additional detergent-free rinse or wash so cleaner does not remain in the insulation.
Use low spin only as permitted by the label. Support the wet undersuit flat while drying, or use the approved low-temperature or air-only drying programme. Let the inside and outside dry completely before storage; avoid hanging a water-heavy insulation layer from its shoulders.
Store dry without prolonged compression. Avoid chlorine bleach and high heat, and check the garment’s current label before using any laundry treatment.
