Wireless or hose-connected air integration?

Wireless systems use a compatible transmitter fitted to the regulator’s high-pressure port to send cylinder-pressure data to the computer. Hose-connected consoles receive pressure through their hose connection. Both approaches bring gas information to the display, while the available gas-time and consumption features depend on the model.

Check whether a transmitter is included

An air-integration-capable computer is not always supplied with a transmitter. Compare the listed bundle contents before ordering. Options in this range include Shearwater computer-and-Swift packages, Suunto computer-and-Tank-POD packages and Apeks DSX or Aqualung i770R combinations. Plan around your complete setup

Compatibility is model-specific. Check the communication system, supported number of transmitters and current firmware, especially for multiple-cylinder configurations. A pressure transmitter does not turn a computer without air-integration support into an air-integrated model.
