The Suunto Ocean with Tank POD package brings a dive computer, GPS sports watch and wireless cylinder-pressure transmitter into one configurable setup. It suits divers who want pressure information at the wrist and a watch they can keep using for training, hiking and everyday activity.
Features and benefits
Wireless pressure monitoring from the first setup
The included Tank POD sends cylinder-pressure data from a compatible high-pressure connection to the Ocean. Once paired to the correct gas, the watch can show pressure, gas consumption and estimated remaining gas time alongside dive information. Configurable gas alerts support regular checks against your planned reserve.
A bright screen with clear dive controls
The 1.43-inch AMOLED display uses colour to organise key readings. Buttons operate the dive functions, with audible and vibration alerts supplementing visual warnings. Sapphire crystal, a stainless-steel bezel and a silicone strap make the watch practical for regular water use and daily wear.
Scuba and freediving in the same watch
Single Gas and Multigas modes cover air and Nitrox diving, with adjustable gradient factors through the Suunto Bühlmann 16 GF algorithm. Freedive mode provides its own underwater and surface views. Ocean’s maximum operating dive depth is 60 m under EN13319, even though the water-resistance rating is 100 m. Maps, sports and post-dive records
Use dual-band GNSS and downloaded offline maps for outdoor navigation on the surface. More than 115 sport modes and wrist heart-rate tracking support training between dive trips. Sync your dives and recorded underwater routes to the Suunto app afterwards; GPS does not provide a live position underwater.
Rechargeable power for repeated use
Rated dive endurance is 40–60 hours depending on use and configuration. Transmitter connections, display choices and other activity affect battery life, so check available charge before each dive day and use the correct charging cable.

Installation and setup
Follow the Tank POD instructions for a suitable first-stage high-pressure connection and the correct flow restrictor. Check clearance, leaks, gas suitability, pairing and surface pressure readings before diving. Configure the watch to your analysed gases and read both manuals. Gas-time estimates support your own gas-management plan.
Care and storage
Rinse the computer and strap in fresh water after diving. Use mild soap and a soft damp cloth when needed, then rinse thoroughly. Let the unit and charging contacts dry completely before connecting the correct Suunto charger. Avoid solvents, abrasive cleaners, direct heat and impacts. Check the strap, mounting points, display and battery status before use, and follow the manual for storage and servicing.

- Rural, remote & offshore: rural means anywhere outside metropolitan areas. Carrier availability and additional charges may apply, including for island and territory destinations. Our team will contact you if an extra freight quote is needed.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a refund, exchange or optional store credit on eligible unused goods within Australia. Refunds go to the original payment method. Keep goods clean and undamaged with tags, original packaging and all accessories. No restocking fee applies to eligible returns meeting these conditions.
For change-of-mind returns and size exchanges, you pay return postage and replacement shipping. Original delivery charges are not refunded. Water-tested goods, clearly marked clearance items and genuinely custom-made or personalised items are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Ordinary discounted goods remain eligible.
