Apeks XTX50 Oxygen DIN regulator
This is the dedicated XTX50 Nitrox regulator, stock code RG115112, with green identification details. Apeks specifies the oxygen-cleaned model for mixtures up to 100% oxygen when maintained and used under its oxygen-service requirements.
The DST first stage has a rotating medium-pressure turret. The balanced second stage includes Venturi and inhalation-effort controls, a Comfo-bite mouthpiece and interchangeable exhaust tees. A fifth-port kit is optional and sold separately.
Preserve the required oxygen-clean condition throughout filling, handling and servicing. Confirm that the complete gas system is suitable for the intended mixture and application with an authorised Apeks service centre. Configuration changes and servicing must follow Apeks procedures.

- Apeks XTX 50 Oxygen Regulator Din is suitable for use with enriched air Nitrox up to 100% O2 and are colour-coded for easy identification.
- The regulators have been specially cleaned and assembled in our purpose-built class 'J' (10,000) Clean Room using oxygen safe components and lubricants and are available in yoke ('A') clamp or DIN fitting.
- The XTX50 is for the discerning diver who wants the benefits of a feature-rich regulator at a moderate price. This popular regulator has four medium-pressure ports all mounted on a rotating turret, resulting in optimal hose routing while eliminating sharp bends in the hose.

- It can be converted from a right-handed hose configuration to a left-handed one. Changing the regulator to a left-handed configuration is both quick and simple. However, this procedure must ONLY be performed by an APEKS Authorised Service Technician.

First Stage
- Unique over-balanced diaphragm design - as the diver descends, the over-balancing feature allows the medium pressure gas in the hose to increase at a rate faster than ambient. This results in superior performance at depth.
- 2 HP ports and 4 MP ports on a rotating turret are angled for optimum hose routing
Second Stage
- Pneumatically-balanced second stage results in smooth, easy breathing.
- The large venturi lever has a soft touch rubber grip, making it easier to locate and use. The lever reduces the amount of grit ingress and therefore resists any possible friction giving a smooth operation.
- A silicone exhaust valve improves the breathing performance of the regulator.
