Salvimar Bite Air snorkel
The Salvimar Bite Air is a soft, flexible open snorkel with an anatomical silicone mouthpiece. Designed for freediving and spearfishing, it keeps your surface setup simple and gives you an adjustable mask attachment for a comfortable position beside your head.
Features and benefits
- Extra-soft snorkel body: The flexible tube can move when it contacts your mask or equipment.
- Anatomical silicone bite: The shaped mouthpiece provides a soft contact surface for your lips and teeth.
- Height-adjustable keeper: Slide the attachment to position the mouthpiece comfortably without stretching towards it.
- Open-top design: There is no closing dry-top valve, so you clear the tube after it has been submerged.
Fit and use
Check that the mouthpiece suits your bite and that the keeper holds the tube beside your mask without pulling. Flexibility does not by itself establish roll-up suitability; store the tube without tight folds.
Use the snorkel for breathing at the surface with its opening above the water. Clear any water before taking your next breath; a snorkel does not supply air while submerged.

Care and storage
Rinse fresh water through the entire tube and mouthpiece after use. Let it air-dry in the shade, then store it away from heat and direct sunlight. Before each swim, check that the tube is clear and the mouthpiece and mask attachment are sound.

- Large or bulky gear: additional freight charges apply on top of standard shipping: large dive bags $30; long freediving fins $15; long spearguns $20. Scuba tank freight is shown at checkout.
- Rural, remote & offshore: rural means anywhere outside metropolitan areas. Carrier availability and additional charges may apply, including for island and territory destinations. Our team will contact you if an extra freight quote is needed.

We offer a 30-day exchange on most unused products within Australia when they are in saleable condition with their original packaging and accessories.
