The OceanPro Woolamai Junior Mask and Snorkel Set combines a soft silicone mask skirt and tinted lenses with a snorkel that has a float-operated dry top. It is a useful choice for young snorkellers who want a closing snorkel top and a lower purge valve to help clear any water that enters.
What is included?
A Woolamai junior mask, snorkel and reusable bag. This two-piece combo does not include fins. Choose from the available Ocean Blue and Lilac options.
Features and benefits
- Silicone mask skirt and easy-adjust buckles: soft contact and straightforward strap adjustment help you fine-tune a comfortable fit.
- Tinted lenses: the tint helps reduce brightness and glare at the surface. It is not a prescription correction and does not guarantee better vision in low light.
- Float-operated dry top with splash guard: the float helps close the snorkel opening when submerged, while the guard reduces surface splashes. Water can still enter, so the wearer must know how to clear it.
- One-way purge valve: collected water can leave through the lower valve when the wearer exhales to clear the tube.
- Replaceable silicone mouthpiece: soft contact helps the child hold the mouthpiece comfortably; replacement allows a worn mouthpiece to be changed.
- Reusable bag: keeps the equipment together for transport. Remove wet gear to rinse and dry it before long-term storage.
Size and fit
Approximate age guide: 6–12 years. This is a guide only, not a fit guarantee. Face width and shape vary between children of the same age. A flexible silicone skirt allows some fit variation, but the mask must sit comfortably and seal against the individual face.
Keep hair clear of the mask skirt and check for even contact around the face without pressure on the nose. The strap should hold the mask comfortably without overtightening. The child should be able to close their lips around the mouthpiece and hold it gently without stretching their mouth or biting hard.
Practise fitting, surface breathing and clearing the snorkel in calm, shallow water with active adult supervision. Snorkels provide air only with the top above the surface; they are not underwater air supplies or swimming aids.

Care and storage
Rinse thoroughly in fresh water after use, removing sand from the buckles and snorkel top. Check the skirt, strap, mouthpiece and purge valve before the next swim. Let the equipment dry in the shade before storage and avoid leaving it in a hot car. Use a suitable mask anti-fog treatment as directed; avoid abrasive cleaners, toothpaste and flame treatments.
