The Cressi Baron XS & Rocks Junior Snorkelling Set – Pink pairs a junior full-face snorkel mask with adjustable Rocks fins for supervised surface snorkelling. The Baron XS combines a large viewing lens and integrated dry snorkel; the Rocks fins add a soft foot pocket and adjustable heel strap for a secure barefoot fit.

Choose the mask colour and fin size from the available selectors. Optional fin socks are added only if selected and are not part of the base set; the Rocks fin size guide is based on barefoot use.

Why these components work together

Junior full-face mask: a soft silicone skirt and adjustable X-cross straps let you fine-tune the fit; the polycarbonate lens provides a broad viewing area.
Integrated dry top: helps limit water entering through the snorkel when covered by water. The mask remains a surface-only design.
Airflow deflector and drain valves: help manage lens fogging and drainage when used according to the instructions; neither guarantees a dry or fog-free mask.

Junior mask fit and approximate age guide

The Baron XS has an approximate age guide of 7–12 years. This is a guide only; individual fit varies. Face width, face length and shape matter more than age. A soft silicone skirt can accommodate some variation, but it does not guarantee a seal on every child.

Please check the Baron XS size and dimension guide and the rough age guide before choosing. Do not apply the adult Bali sizing rule to this mask. The skirt needs to sit evenly around the face, with no hair trapped beneath it; tightening the straps cannot correct the wrong fit. If you are buying as a gift, ask us for help with the fit rather than selecting from age alone.

Rocks fin size guide

Choose the mask and fins separately: a mask age guide is not a fin size. Cressi Rocks fins are designed for bare feet. Start with foot length, then check the fit with the heel strap adjusted.

How to measure your child’s feet

Place paper on a hard floor against a wall. Have your child stand barefoot with their heel gently touching the wall and weight on that foot. Mark the longest toe, measure from the wall to the mark in centimetres, and repeat for the other foot. Use the longer measurement. Check that the foot pocket is comfortable and secure, without cramped toes or an excessively tight strap.

Use and care

For recreational surface snorkelling only. Do not use the mask for scuba diving, freediving or breath-hold dives below the surface. A dry snorkel does not provide air underwater, and the mask is not a flotation aid. Children need close adult supervision. Read the supplied instructions, check the mask and valves before use, and practise fitting and removing it in shallow water.

After use, rinse in fresh water, allow to dry in the shade and store away from direct heat. Keep sand away from the valves and avoid abrasive cleaners, toothpaste or flame treatments on the polycarbonate lens.
