How to measure your Atomic BC2
- Waist: measure at the waistline shown in the diagram, rather than using the size on your jeans. Keep the tape level.
- Over the shoulder (OTS): run the tape from your waistline at the back, over one shoulder, to your waistline at the front.
- Check the BCD over the exposure suit and layers you will dive in. Adjust the shoulder and waist straps, then check that you can breathe and move comfortably with the BCD inflated.
- Use the chart for the exact BCD model. Height and weight are guides; waist and harness fit also matter.

Atomic Aquatics BC2 BCD – No Ai Inflator
The Atomic BC2 combines rear inflation with considered details for carrying and securing your equipment. Its CAM-LOK ratchet cylinder band and EZ-LOK weight pockets simplify two of the most frequent parts of setting up a BCD, while the adjustable padded back supports the cylinder.
Features and benefits
- Accessible weight handling. The EZ-LOK weight release system keeps removable ballast within reach for loading and release.
- CAM-LOK ratchet band. Adjust the ratcheting cylinder band to secure the BCD around the cylinder.
- Useful storage. Storage includes sand-resistant zipped pockets. Keep accessories together in the available pockets.
- Equipment attachment. D-ring layout: Titanium-PVD-coated 316 stainless steel. Position clips and accessories where they are convenient to reach.
- Durable construction. Construction uses double-laminated polyurethane-coated fabric for protection against wear during diving and handling.
- Choose your inflation setup. This BC2 listing is supplied without an Ai inflator, giving you a base BCD for the compatible option you select.
- Adjustable lumbar support. The backpad and lumbar adjustment help position support around your torso.
- Water-shedding outer. The polyurethane-coated fabric reduces water absorption after use.
Fit and configuration
Select the appropriate size or harness adjustment for your body and exposure suit. This configuration is supplied without an Ai inflator. Choose a compatible inflation or alternate-air-source option separately. Match lift and ballast capacity to the selected size and complete cylinder setup; these are separate from the BCD’s own dry weight.
