Waterproof Silicone Neck Seals
The Waterproof silicone neck seal is a replacement for compatible mechanical neck-seal systems, including the matching SI TECH Neck Tite arrangement. Its flexible bellows profile accommodates neck movement while the inner sealing area sits against the skin.
Features and benefits
- Stretch silicone: allows the head to pass through during dressing and then returns to a close-fitting neck shape.
- Bellows profile: gives the neck section room to move as you turn and look around.
- Interior glide coating: reduces friction when dressing, helping the seal pass over the skin more smoothly.
- Retaining ridge: locates the seal in the correct mechanical ring interface so it can be replaced without gluing it to the suit.

Replacement use and spares
A correctly sized spare seal is a useful addition to your drysuit save-a-dive kit when you use a compatible replaceable neck-ring system. Keep it protected from sharp items and carry the correct fitting tool. Practise the approved replacement method and check the seal and ring before diving.
Fit and use
Match the part to the exact suit, seal profile and retaining system before ordering. Ask our Hallam team if you need help with sizing or compatibility. Silicone is mechanically retained and is not a direct glue-in replacement for a latex neck seal.
Gear Care and Washing
Rinse the sealing surfaces and ring components with fresh water after use. Wash skin oils from seals gently using only the suit manufacturer’s approved method, then rinse thoroughly and let them dry in the shade.
Protect silicone, latex and smooth neoprene from fingernails, jewellery and sharp edges. Use only the specified dressing aid or O-ring lubricant for the exact material and ring system. Store clean and dry away from heat, sunlight and ozone sources, and inspect for damage before use.
