How to measure
- Ask someone to help. Stand upright, look forward and keep your feet flat on the floor. Use a soft tape held close to the body without pulling it tight.
- Height, head and neck: use the measuring points in Waterproof’s diagram.
- Chest or bust: measure around the fullest part, keeping the tape level.
- Waist: measure around your natural waist between your ribs and hips.
- Hips: measure around the widest part with your feet together.
- Neck to crotch: follow the body from the prominent bone at the back/base of your neck to the centre of the crotch.
- Neck to wrist: measure from the same neck point, over the shoulder and along the arm to the wrist.
- Inside leg: measure crotch to ankle for a wetsuit; crotch to floor for a drysuit. Use the matching row in the table.
All body measurements are in centimetres. Select the correct standard, tall or plus fit. For a drysuit, allow room for your usual undergarments; ask us if you are between sizes.

Follow the numbered diagram: 2 head circumference; 3 neck; 4 chest; 5 waist; 6 widest hip circumference. Measure 7 from the prominent bone at the base of the back of your neck (C7) to the centre of the crotch, following the diagram; measure 8 from the same neck point across the shoulder to the wrist with your arm out. For 9a, measure crotch to floor for a drysuit; for 9b, measure crotch to ankle for a wetsuit. Use the matching row for your suit type and take measurements in centimetres.

Waterproof NORD-X 300G Drysuit Undergarment Men's
The Waterproof NORD-X 300g men’s drysuit undergarment combines padded insulation with a stretchy, shaped fit. It is designed to keep your thermal layer comfortable through a dive, with room for movement at the shoulders and hips and less bulk at the neck and lower legs.
Features and benefits
- 300g insulation grade: pre-compressed Sorona padding provides a soft insulating layer beneath the drysuit. The 300g NORD-X adds a heavier insulation option within the range.
- Stretch where you need it: four-way stretch, pre-bent limbs and gussets at the crotch and underarms help when reaching valves and moving around equipment. An elastic section at the back waist helps maintain the fit.
- TPU outer membrane: the breathable, wind-resistant and water-resistant outer layer adds protection during surface use. It is an undergarment and does not replace the drysuit’s waterproof shell.
- Neat neck and cuffs: the low-profile fleece collar reduces bunching at the neck. Neoprene wrist cuffs have thumb loops, and the close-fitting lower legs use foot straps to stay in position while dressing.
- Useful pockets: fleece-lined zipped hip pockets warm your hands between dives; a zipped chest pocket stores small items. EasyGrip pullers make the zips easier to handle.
- Reinforced knees and elbows: Cordura panels add abrasion resistance where repeated movement and contact can wear clothing.
- Designed for a complete setup: mesh shoulder panels support air and moisture movement. P-valve hose outlets and tabs for optional suspenders help integrate the garment with your equipment.

Fit and use
Try the garment with your planned base layers and drysuit. Keep enough room for full shoulder movement and comfortable breathing. More insulation also takes more space inside a suit; choose the complete layering system together.

Gear Care and Washing
Rinse inside and out in cool fresh water after every use to remove salt, chlorine, sand and residue. Gently hand wash when needed with mild soap or a cleaner specifically authorised by Waterproof, following the garment label, then rinse thoroughly.
Allow both sides to dry completely in the shade with good airflow. Store clean and dry away from direct sunlight, heaters and hot cars. Avoid crushing the neoprene or leaving it folded sharply for long periods.
Protect smooth seals and coatings from fingernails, jewellery and scrubbing. Rinse any zip or fastener free of grit, and use only the maker’s approved lubricant where required. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, iron, bleach or use solvents.

For change-of-mind returns and size exchanges, you pay return postage and replacement shipping. Original delivery charges are not refunded. Water-tested goods, clearly marked clearance items and genuinely custom-made or personalised items are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Ordinary discounted goods remain eligible.
