The TUSA Xentra Fins are engineered to deliver strong propulsion with less wasted effort, giving scuba divers a smooth, controlled and efficient kick through the water.
At the heart of the Xentra is TUSA’s innovative Channel Effect technology. During each kick, the flexible blade naturally arches into a spoon-like shape, capturing and directing water behind the diver instead of allowing it to spill from the sides. The result is efficient forward thrust with a responsive feel across different kicking styles.
Whether you prefer a flutter kick, frog kick or a slower relaxed stroke, the Xentra is designed to adapt naturally to your movement while helping reduce drag and unnecessary leg fatigue.
Channel Effect Technology
The Xentra’s carefully engineered blade combines strong side keels, water-guiding grooves and a central plate to control the flow of water through the fin.
As the blade flexes, water is channelled directly backwards to convert more of your kicking effort into forward movement. The supportive keel structure also helps prevent the blade from collapsing or folding excessively under load, maintaining consistent performance when you kick harder.
Angled Blade Design for Natural Propulsion
TUSA’s Angled Blade Design (A.B.D.) positions the blade at an efficient angle relative to the foot pocket. This helps compensate for the natural angle of the ankle while swimming, allowing the blade to engage the water more effectively throughout the kicking cycle.
The streamlined three-dimensional profile further reduces resistance, helping the fins move smoothly through the water.
Adjustable Bungee Strap
The 5-position adjustable bungee strap provides a secure, personalised fit and makes the Xentra easy to put on and remove.
Its elastic construction accommodates changes in boot thickness while maintaining comfortable tension around the heel, making it ideal for repeated diving and boat entries.
