How to measure your BCD
- Ask someone to help. Stand upright, look forward and keep your feet flat on the floor. Use a soft tape held close to the body without pulling it tight.
- Waist: measure around your natural waist between your ribs and hips.
- Check the BCD over the exposure suit and layers you will dive in. Adjust the shoulder and waist straps, then check that you can breathe and move comfortably with the BCD inflated.
- TUSA lists estimated waist ranges. Confirm the harness fit over the suit you will use; a waist measurement alone is not a complete fit check.

TUSA’s BC0403 Tina is a BCD with a high-cut waist designed for women eliminates discomfort when wearing lead weight.
With an Ergonomically comfort designed, the new BC0403 also features quick-drying shoulder and back pads with enhanced cushioning for your comfort.
The tina BCD has been fitted with the newest Advanced Weight Loading System (A.W.L.S. III) and comes in two colours Pink and Black Or Just Black with Purple trims

A.W.L.S. III (ADVANCED WEIGHT LOADING SYSTEM III)A secure single locking integrated weight system that allows you to quickly and easily secure your weight pockets. The A.W.L.S. III allows the diver to insert weights into the weight-cartridges and load them easily into the front of the BC jacket.
