TUSA SPG Combo SCA270A Gauge
The TUSA SCA270A combines a pressure gauge and compass in one analogue console. It is a useful arrangement when your wrist computer provides depth and dive time, leaving cylinder-pressure and heading checks together on a retained instrument.
Features and benefits
- Pressure and temperature display. The gauge provides a dedicated cylinder-pressure reading with temperature information in the same assembly.
- Top and side compass viewing. The two viewing positions let you bring the compass into a comfortable line of sight when following a bearing.
- Luminous dial. After exposure to light, the dial remains visible as the surroundings darken.
- Two functions in one console. Grouping pressure and navigation together reduces the number of separate instruments you need to position and retain.
Setup and compatibility
This listing uses a metric 0–400 bar pressure scale with a 300 bar working-pressure limit. The console combines pressure and compass functions and does not include a depth gauge.
Have the HP connection installed and checked on a compatible regulator. Secure the console where it can be read without hose tension, and use the compass away from magnets or metal equipment that could alter the heading. Choose separate depth and decompression instruments to complete your setup.
Care, rinsing and storage
After each dive, rinse the gauge and hose thoroughly with fresh water. Keep the complete regulator assembled, connected to a secured dive cylinder and pressurised while washing and rinsing, with the stages, gauge and connected hoses submerged. This helps keep water out of the pressure system. Lift the equipment out and dry the cylinder connection before depressurising and disconnecting; fit the first stage’s clean, dry dust cap.
Use fresh water and avoid solvents or silicone sprays. Allow the console to dry out of the sun and store the hose loosely curved, with no weight resting on the instrument. Check the hose, lens, connections and normal gauge movement before diving; keep pressure-relief openings clear. Arrange inspection by an authorised TUSA technician if there is a leak, damage, moisture inside or a doubtful reading.
