SANTI Ladies' Drysuit and Undersuit Size Guide

Manufacturer body measurements for SANTI Ladies First drysuits and undersuits, including the Flex 190 Ladies. All measurements are in centimetres (cm). These are body measurements, not measurements of the finished garment.

How to measure

Ask another person to help. Stand upright in thin, close-fitting clothing and use a soft measuring tape. Record your body measurements in centimetres without adding extra room for insulation. Measure twice.

Height: measure barefoot from the floor to the top of your head.
Chest, waist and hips: keep the tape level around the body without pulling it tight. Follow SANTI's illustrated guide for the measurement positions.
Inner arm and inner leg: measure from the armpit to the wrist, and from the crotch to the floor while barefoot.
Body trunk: follow the manufacturer's measuring route from the front neck base, through the crotch and up to the base of the neck.

Check movement with your intended base layers and drysuit. If measurements fall between sizes, contact Dive Gear Australia for fitting help before ordering.

Back length: measure from the prominent bone at the base of your neck down to the marked natural waist.

Choose the chart for your boot version

The Size & fit tab shows the current Flexsole 3.0 measurements in centimetres. Confirm the boot version on your drysuit order. Foot length and insole length are different measurements. The original Flex Sole conversions below must not be used as Flexsole 3.0 conversions.

How to check your footwear fit

Stand with your heel against a wall, mark the end of the longest toe, and measure from the wall to the mark. Measure both feet. Check the required foot circumference wearing the intended thermal socks. Contact us to confirm the Flexsole version and size before a custom drysuit order.

The SANTI E.Lite Plus Ladies First combines flexible ripstop trilaminate with durable reinforcement and a cut shaped for women. It balances freedom of movement with protection for regular recreational and technical diving.

Kevlar knee patches; E.Lite protection at the sleeves, back, crotch and front lower legs.
Ladies First shaping at the waist and hips, Y-cut torso and saddle-type crotch gusset.
Covered dry zip and internal suspenders with a small pocket.
Ladies First reduced-volume thigh pockets with retention points, hook-and-loop flaps and drainage mesh.

How the Features Help

Flexible panels help the suit move with you; heavier material protects areas exposed to wear. The Ladies First waist and hip shaping and lower-volume thigh pockets reduce unnecessary bulk while retaining useful storage.

As a membrane drysuit, insulation comes mainly from the undersuit and base layers selected for the dive. Fit the complete layering system together.

Fit and Use

Use the SANTI Ladies First size guide to compare body measurements in centimetres. Check the fit wearing your intended base layers, undersuit and footwear. You should be able to bend, kneel and reach your valves without the suit pulling tightly across your shoulders or crotch.

The size list includes 12 standard women’s sizes, including the relevant short and long fittings. Final measurements and any made-to-measure alterations must be confirmed for your individual order. Use a drysuit with appropriate training and follow the supplied instructions.

Materials and Order Options

Ripstop is the reinforcing weave in the outer fabric. The material weights above follow SANTI’s current model specifications. Production details and finished weight can vary with the final configuration.

The displayed price is the base price, not a fully optioned quote. Neck and wrist seals, glove rings, zip choice, valves, hood, footwear, pocket arrangement, colours and other upgrades must be confirmed when ordering. Optional extras are not included unless specifically agreed. Photographs show example configurations.

Gear Care and Washing

After diving, rinse the outside thoroughly with fresh water, especially after salt water use. Remove salt, sand and dirt around the zip and valve exteriors. Avoid solvents and strong detergents.

If the suit becomes wet inside, dry the inside completely, then the outside. Use a wide drysuit hanger in shade with good ventilation. Keep it away from direct sunlight, heaters, open flames, electric motors and other ozone sources.

Clean and lubricate the dry zip only as directed by its manufacturer. Follow the instructions for the fitted seal material and zip, including their required storage position. Store the suit clean and dry; if folding, avoid sharp bends or pressure on the zip.

Inspect the seals, seams, zip and valves before diving. Follow the supplied manual and have damaged parts serviced before use. Read SANTI’s care instructions and the SANTI drysuit manual.
