Salvimar Ares Spearfishing Knife
The Salvimar Ares has a tanto-style blade with straight and serrated cutting sections. Its full-tang construction runs the blade through the handle, while removable handle scales allow access for cleaning.
The low-profile sheath uses friction retention and can mount to a suitable belt. An elastic arm strap is available separately. Check retention and choose a position you can reach with your equipment on.
Care and checks
Rinse the knife, sheath and attachments in fresh water after use, then dry them fully before storage. Check the cutting edge, sheath retention and mounting straps before diving. Stainless steel and protective coatings still need care; follow the supplied instructions for lubrication and sharpening. Keep the edge protected when handling or transporting the knife.
