Rob Allen Snapper Tinted Mask
The Rob Allen Snapper Tinted combines a low-volume twin-window design with a tinted lens finish. Its liquid-silicone skirt and wide split strap help you settle the mask comfortably, while push-button adjustment makes small tension changes straightforward. Choose it if you prefer the appearance of tinted lenses in a compact spearfishing mask, and check the face seal before making the lens finish your deciding factor.
Features and benefits
- Tinted twin lenses: Provide the distinctive lens appearance of this Snapper version.
- Low-volume design: Keeps the mask close to the face.
- Liquid-silicone skirt: Flexes around the facial contact area when the skirt shape fits correctly.
- Wide split strap: Distributes contact around the head.
- Push-button adjusters: Allow small changes without relying on excessive strap tension.
Size and fit
Compare the skirt shape, nose pocket and brow clearance against your own face. A model name, colour or intended activity alone cannot confirm the seal.
Keep hair clear of the sealing edge and hold the mask gently against your face. Check even contact at the cheeks and forehead, plus comfortable access to your nose. Use light strap tension; overtightening can distort the skirt rather than correct the wrong shape. If you wear a hood, check the fit with it in place.

Care and storage
Rinse the mask in fresh water after every outing, flushing salt and grit from the skirt, strap and buckles. Use mild liquid soap only where the mask manufacturer allows it, then rinse thoroughly. Dry in the shade and store with the lens protected and the skirt relaxed. Check the strap and sealing edge before use. Avoid abrasives, toothpaste and flame treatments.
Follow the supplied instructions for the selected lens finish. Use only cleaners and defoggers expressly approved for that coating or prescription lens. Gear Aid Sea Drops is not recommended for prescription lenses or anti-reflective coatings. A mirrored, UV or anti-reflective finish does not itself replace anti-fog preparation. For clear, uncoated options, TUSA TEC52 anti-fog treatment is an option when the mask and treatment instructions permit it.
For a separate neoprene strap cover, if you use one, we recommend Cressi Neoclean Wetsuit Wash or Revivex Wetsuit Shampoo to clean compatible neoprene. Wash that component separately according to its care label and the cleaner’s dilution instructions, then rinse thoroughly and dry in the shade. These neoprene cleaners are not a recommendation for the mask lens or a regulator assembly.
