The OTS Guardian combines a full-face mask with its own dedicated second-stage regulator. A silicone double seal and five-point harness support the fit, while air passes across the visor before entering the oral/nasal pocket to help manage fogging. Compatible OTS communication equipment can be added separately. Have the complete system fitted and use it with appropriate full-face-mask training.
Features and benefits
- Dedicated second stage: The removable Guardian regulator cannot be used independently of the mask.
- Double-seal silicone skirt: Works with the harness to support a correctly fitted seal.
- Adjustable equalising block: Allows nose-block position to be set for the wearer.
- Visor airflow: Routes incoming air across the polycarbonate visor to help limit fogging.
- Included surface valve: The Ambient Breathing Valve is for surface air breathing as directed.
Size and fit
Have the mask and breathing system fitted together. Check the seal, harness, equalisation and emergency procedures with appropriate training. Follow the operating limits of the complete system and model manual.
Fit the complete system to the manufacturer’s instructions, including the regulator connection and any communication equipment. Follow the full-face-mask manual and your training for checks and operating limits.

Care and storage
Rinse the mask in fresh water after every outing, flushing salt and grit from the skirt, strap and buckles. Use mild liquid soap only where the mask manufacturer allows it, then rinse thoroughly. Dry in the shade and store with the lens protected and the skirt relaxed. Check the strap and sealing edge before use. Avoid abrasives, toothpaste and flame treatments.
Follow the model manual for rinsing and any permitted mild-detergent cleaning of the mask. Clean the regulator and communication equipment separately using their own instructions; do not soak the complete breathing or electronic assembly in neoprene cleaner. Protect polycarbonate visors from solvents and scratching, and use only an approved visor-compatible defog. Have scheduled regulator maintenance completed by an appropriately qualified technician.
For a separate neoprene strap cover, if you use one, we recommend Cressi Neoclean Wetsuit Wash or Revivex Wetsuit Shampoo to clean compatible neoprene. Wash that component separately according to its care label and the cleaner’s dilution instructions, then rinse thoroughly and dry in the shade. These neoprene cleaners are not a recommendation for the mask lens or a regulator assembly.
