Cressi MC11 + Zen + Octopus Zen Regulators
The Cressi MC11 + Zen is a compact regulator for warm-water diving and travel. The diaphragm first stage manages the supply to the lightweight Zen second stage, giving you a small setup with straightforward controls and space to route your main hoses.
Features and benefits
- PressureSync first stage. The diaphragm mechanism helps keep intermediate pressure consistent through the breathing cycle. That is the pressure in the hose feeding the second stage, where it is reduced again for breathing.
- Radial pressure openings. Openings around the front cover distribute water pressure across the diaphragm. This helps reduce unwanted valve activation from moving water, alongside the Venturi pre-dive setting.
- Dive/pre-dive control. The Venturi lever changes how the air stream assists inhalation. Use the pre-dive position during surface handling and while an alternate second stage is stowed, then the dive position when breathing from it, following the manual.
- Small second stage. The compact body reduces bulk at your mouth and is easy to pack. A large front purge button remains easy to find by touch.
- Practical port layout. Two high-pressure ports provide connection points for compatible pressure instruments. Four low-pressure ports serve the second stages and inflators, with a compact T-shaped arrangement to help hose routing.
- Protective finish. The nickel-plated first stage and protective bumpers help it stand up to handling and packing.

Setup and compatibility
Choose the DIN or yoke option to match your cylinder valve and pressure rating. Have the complete regulator assembly configured and checked by a qualified technician. The maximum usable pressure is limited by the lowest-rated component in the system.
This combination is for water above 10°C. A cold-water second stage alone does not turn a warm-water first stage into a cold-water regulator system.
Package components
- 1 × Cressi MC11 + Zen Regulator
- 1 × Cressi Zen Octopus
The list shows the required components at the default quantities. Your selected connection, quantities and optional extras determine the final package.
Care, rinsing and storage
Rinse with fresh water after each dive, protecting the first-stage inlet with its clean, dry dust cap when disconnected. Do not press the purge while rinsing an unpressurised regulator. Let the equipment dry out of direct sunlight, then store it with the hoses loosely curved and free from tension.
Check the mouthpiece, hose condition and connections before use. Arrange servicing with an authorised Cressi technician at the interval in the manual, and sooner after damage, a leak or a change in breathing performance. Internal adjustments and first-stage pressure setting are service work.
