Atomic Aquatics VENOM Frameless Mask
The Atomic Aquatics VENOM Frameless Mask puts its softest silicone where it matters: against your face. Its Gummi Bear UltraSoft sealing edge is supported by a firmer silicone skirt, while the Schott Superwite UltraClear lens provides a broad, uninterrupted view. It is a good model to compare if you value a softer facial seal and a compact frameless shape for scuba diving or snorkelling.
Features and benefits
- Gummi Bear UltraSoft seal: Atomic’s 10-shore silicone sealing edge provides a soft contact surface around the face.
- Two silicone hardnesses: The supporting skirt helps hold the mask’s shape while the softer edge sits against the skin.
- Schott Superwite UltraClear glass: The high-clarity lens is designed to admit plenty of light; Atomic reports transmission of up to 96%.
- Single-lens frameless profile: The skirt is bonded directly to the glass, avoiding a separate rigid frame around your view.
Choosing your mask fit
Our catalogue lists the VENOM Frameless in the large-face fit group. Start there when comparing models, then check your own nose-pocket clearance, cheek contact and brow comfort. The soft seal may feel different from the original Atomic Frameless, but it does not guarantee a fit for every face. The available colour options use black silicone with the accents shown in the product selector.
Set the strap with light tension and check that the sealing edge sits evenly against the face. If the skirt folds or a gap remains, adjust its position or compare a different mask shape instead of tightening harder.
What’s included

Care and storage
Compatible cleaning products
For standard uncoated mask glass, TUSA TEC52 anti-fog treatment is an option when permitted by the mask and treatment instructions. For a separate neoprene strap cover, if you use one, we recommend Cressi Neoclean Wetsuit Wash or Revivex Wetsuit Shampoo to clean compatible neoprene. Wash that component separately according to its care label and the cleaner’s dilution instructions, then rinse thoroughly and dry in the shade. These neoprene cleaners are not a recommendation for the mask lens or a regulator assembly.
Rinse the mask in fresh water after each dive, including the strap and buckles. Flush away grit before operating the adjusters, then allow it to dry in the shade. Store it in a protective case with the skirt relaxed and the lens protected from scratches. Use a mask-compatible anti-fog treatment according to its instructions. Avoid toothpaste, abrasive cleaners and flame treatments, and follow the lens-care instructions supplied with the mask.
