The Aqualung Zephyr Flex is a semi-dry snorkel built around a comfortable mouthpiece and a stable flexible lower section. Its Comfo-Bite palate bridge helps support the mouthpiece with a relaxed bite, while the splash guard and lower purge help manage water during surface swimming.
Features and benefits
- Semi-dry splash guard: The upper guard helps deflect incoming spray. Water can still enter when the top goes below the surface.
- Comfo-Bite silicone mouthpiece: The bridge rests against the upper palate, helping you hold the mouthpiece without continually clenching your teeth.
- Two-material flex section: Rigid and flexible sections work together to let the lower tube move while supporting its shape.
- Protected elliptical purge: The lower silicone valve sits in a protective housing and provides an outlet for collected water.
- Swivel and generous keeper: A rotating lower connection helps align the mouthpiece; the large mask retainer is easier to handle with gloves.
Fit and use
Try the palate bridge with your own bite before deciding on fit. Adjust the mask retainer and lower joint so the mouthpiece is not under tension. A soft mouthpiece still needs to suit your mouth shape.
Use the snorkel for breathing at the surface with its opening above the water. Clear any water before taking your next breath; a snorkel does not supply air while submerged.

Care and storage
Flush the tube and mouthpiece with fresh water after use, including the splash guard and lower purge valve. Let it air-dry in the shade and store it away from heat and direct sunlight. Check the mouthpiece, keeper and valve for wear or trapped sand before each swim.
