Apeks publishes this shared guide for ThermiQ One and ThermiQ Base undergarments using grouped size labels. SM/MD means Small/Medium and LG/XL means Large/Extra Large. Use the ranges as a guide and check the individual sizes offered on the product.
How to measure
Ask someone to help. Stand upright and barefoot. Use a soft tape held level and close to the body without pulling it tight.
- Height: measure from the floor to the top of your head.
- Chest: measure around the fullest part of your chest.
- Waist: measure around your natural waist.
- Buttocks: measure around the widest part of your hips and buttocks.
- Crotch to floor: measure down the inside of your leg from the crotch to the floor.
- Weight: record your weight in kilograms.

The Apeks ThermiQ One Drysuit Undergarment provides an insulation layer beneath a compatible drysuit. Its material, cut and moisture-management features help you build a comfortable layering system while keeping enough room to reach equipment and move through the dive.

How the Features Help
- Inner insulation: The fleece provides a soft insulating layer while allowing the garment to flex. Keep the full layering system comfortably fitted and dry the lining thoroughly between sessions.
- Storage: The listed pockets keep small items in a dedicated position. Fabric pockets are not waterproof storage for phones or other electronics.

Reach overhead, bend and adopt your normal diving position without pulling tightly across the shoulders or crotch. Select the complete insulation system for your conditions, duration and personal needs; use a drysuit with appropriate training and the supplied instructions.

The Apeks ThermiQ One is a one-piece fleece undergarment for use beneath a drysuit. Its fabric incorporates graphene-containing fibres, with an additional fleece layer around the core.
Choose the undergarment for your drysuit fit, water temperature and planned dive duration. Thermal comfort depends on the complete layering system and the individual diver.

Gear Care and Washing
Rinse after use in salt or chlorinated water, and wash when needed using a mild detergent suitable for the fabric. Follow the care label for the permitted hand or machine programme, temperature and drying method.
Close zips and hook-and-loop fasteners before washing. Avoid fabric softener on technical thermal fabrics, and do not use bleach or high heat unless specifically permitted by the label. Dry with good airflow, out of direct sunlight, and store completely dry.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a refund, exchange or optional store credit on eligible unused goods within Australia. Refunds go to the original payment method. Keep goods clean and undamaged with tags, original packaging and all accessories. No restocking fee applies to eligible returns meeting these conditions.
For change-of-mind returns and size exchanges, you pay return postage and replacement shipping. Original delivery charges are not refunded. Water-tested goods, clearly marked clearance items and genuinely custom-made or personalised items are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Ordinary discounted goods remain eligible.

Use the product's size chart where available and compare your measurements with the guide for that brand. Sizing varies between brands and products. Still unsure? For fins and boots, tell us which socks or dive boots you will wear.
How do I check availability?
Select your required options, such as colour and size, to see availability for that variation. “Available to order” means the item may need to be sourced before dispatch.
