Waterproof G2 ARAMID Kevlar 5-Finger Gloves – 5mm

Waterproof G2 ARAMID Kevlar 5-Finger Gloves – 5mm

The Waterproof G2 Aramid 5mm 5-finger gloves combine an abrasion-resistant palm with flexible neoprene for equipment handling in more demanding conditions. The 5mm construction is a useful option when matched to your water conditions and required dexterity.

Features and benefits

• 5mm neoprene: provides an insulating layer around the hand. The five-finger layout supports separate finger movement for operating equipment.
• Pre-bent anatomical shape: the glove follows the hand’s relaxed curve so you are not constantly working against straight, stiff fingers.
• Glideskin sealing: smooth inner surfaces help restrict water exchange at the wrist. These are semi-dry neoprene gloves, so they are not intended to keep the hand completely dry.
• Extra-long YKK zip: opens the wrist for easier dressing. The GloveGrip area gives you a place to pull when fitting the second glove.
• Kevlar palm: aramid reinforcement covers the palm to resist abrasion during normal equipment handling. It is not a guarantee against cuts or punctures.
• Stretch nylon and durable stitching: the flexible outer textile supports movement, while bonded thread reinforces the panel joins.
• Reflective logo and ID area: practical details help identify the gloves and provide a reflective point when illuminated.

Gear Care and Washing

Rinse inside and out in cool fresh water after every use to remove salt, chlorine, sand and residue. Gently hand wash when needed with mild soap or a cleaner specifically authorised by Waterproof, following the garment label, then rinse thoroughly.

Let the fingers and lining dry fully before storing the pair. Do not pull hard on the fingertips or stretch a smooth wrist seal by gripping one small area.

Allow both sides to dry completely in the shade with good airflow. Store clean and dry away from direct sunlight, heaters and hot cars. Avoid crushing the neoprene or leaving it folded sharply for long periods.

Protect smooth seals and coatings from fingernails, jewellery and scrubbing. Rinse any zip or fastener free of grit, and use only the maker’s approved lubricant where required. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, iron, bleach or use solvents.
