How to measure

Sharkskin body measuring points — Open full-size measuring guide

Ask someone to help. Stand upright, look forward and keep your feet flat on the floor. Use a soft tape held close to the body without pulling it tight.
Height: measure barefoot from the floor to the top of your head.
Chest or bust: measure around the fullest part, keeping the tape level.
Waist: measure around your natural waist between your ribs and hips.
Hips: measure around the widest part with your feet together.
Use every measurement shown in the size table. If your measurements span sizes, contact Dive Gear Australia for help with that model.

For in-water use, Sharkskin recommends a firm fit. Tops may fit slightly looser for active surface watersports; bottoms should remain firm. Measure tops and bottoms separately as you may need different sizes.

Fit and Use

Compare your body measurements with the model’s size guide and choose a fit that lets you breathe and move comfortably. If layering beneath a wetsuit or drysuit, check the garments together. The Sharkskin T2 Chillproof Men’s Vest adds thermal coverage around your core while leaving your arms free for movement. Its sleeveless shape and full front zip make it a practical layer for diving, paddling and other watersports. This listing is for size Small.

T2 Titanium Chillproof combines a soft hollow-fibre fleece inner layer with a windproof, breathable membrane and a durable stretch outer fabric. Titanium Far Infrared (TiFIR) technology helps retain body heat. Four-way stretch supports a close fit, while the arm openings allow comfortable shoulder movement.

Wear the vest on its own when conditions suit, or add it beneath compatible exposure protection for extra torso insulation. A sleeveless layer is useful when you want core warmth with less fabric around your arms. Choose additional coverage according to your activity, water temperature and time exposed to the cold.

Gear Care and Washing

Hand wash in cold water after use to remove residual salt and chlorine. Use a suitable mild wetsuit wash, following the cleaner’s dilution instructions and Sharkskin’s garment label, then rinse thoroughly.

Line dry out of direct sunlight and let the fabric dry fully before storage. Keep the garment away from heat and abrasive hook-and-loop fasteners. Do not bleach, iron or dry clean.
