Ocean Hunter Dex Gloves

The Ocean Hunter Dex Gloves combine hand coverage with the model’s grip and fit features for handling wet equipment. Its materials and palm construction determine how it grips, flexes and resists everyday wear.

Features and Details

Stretch neoprene allows natural finger movement.
A patterned palm adds grip on dive equipment.
Minimal panelling reduces bulk around the hand.

How the Features Help

Equipment handling: The palm finish gives a dedicated contact surface for wet equipment. Check the glove’s fit and finger movement while using your usual controls.

Fit and Use

Use the model’s hand measurements and size guide. Check that you can bend the fingers and operate your clips, inflator and other controls comfortably, and that the wrist opening meets your suit cuff correctly. Choose insulation and dexterity together for the conditions.

Additional Product Information

Ocean Hunter Dex Gloves use 2mm super-stretch neoprene for a close, flexible fit. The non-slip palm helps you handle equipment while the reduced panel layout keeps the gloves comfortable.

Gear Care and Washing

Dive Gear Australia recommends Cressi Neoclean Wetsuit Wash or Revivex Wetsuit Shampoo for compatible neoprene. Regular cleaning helps remove salt, chlorine and everyday residue and, together with thorough drying and proper storage, helps extend your gear’s life. Use the label dilution and follow this product’s care instructions.

Rinse inside and out in cool fresh water after every use to remove salt, chlorine, sand and residue. Gently hand wash when needed with a material-compatible wetsuit cleaner at its specified dilution, following the garment label, then rinse thoroughly.

Let the fingers and lining dry fully before storing the pair. Do not pull hard on the fingertips or stretch a smooth wrist seal by gripping one small area.

Allow both sides to dry completely in the shade with good airflow. Store clean and dry away from direct sunlight, heaters and hot cars. Avoid crushing the neoprene or leaving it folded sharply for long periods.

Protect smooth seals and coatings from fingernails, jewellery and scrubbing. Rinse any zip or fastener free of grit, and use only the maker’s approved lubricant where required. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, iron, bleach or use solvents.
