The Hollis LX2 Weight System adds removable weight pockets to compatible Elite 2, Solo and HTS 2 harness arrangements. Pinch-and-pull buckles and carrying handles assist pocket removal. The pair has a listed combined capacity of 12lb, approximately 5.4kg.

Hollis Weight System LX2 – Elite 2 / Solo / HTS 2

The LX2 replaces the older LX pocket and is a great new design that adds weight versatility options with an ease-of-use design. LX2 uses a simple pinch and pull buckle and a large nylon handle on the pouch to ditch or carry the weights.

The pouch is zippered and holds 12 pounds total but is partitioned to isolate weights within the pouch. The benefit here is that if you only have 5lbs in the pocket, the partition will avoid shifting around during the dive.

This system is also reverse compatible, allowing use with older Hollis backplates and harnesses.
