The Cressi Gara Modular Sprint Fins are designed for freediving and spearfishing with appropriate training. Check the foot-pocket fit separately from blade length, and select the size for the wearer’s feet and intended footwear.

Overall length measures the complete fin, not your foot. This chart is for the Gara Modular Sprint, not the Gara Turbo pocket. The wider pocket is intended to be checked with neoprene socks; avoid using age or an automatic size-down rule.

All sizing is a guide only; foot width and shape affect the fit. Try the pocket with the socks you intend to use, if applicable. It should hold your foot securely without curled toes, pinching or excessive movement. Do not select a loose size simply to leave growing room.

To measure your feet, place paper against a wall, stand with your heel gently against the wall and mark your longest toe. Measure from the wall to the mark in centimetres. Repeat for the other foot and use the longer measurement. Where a model has no foot-length chart, contact us with that measurement and your usual shoe size rather than using another fin model’s chart.

Assembly and replacement parts

Follow the manufacturer’s fitting and assembly instructions. Check screws, clips and retaining components before use. Replacement blades must match the pocket and mounting hardware; compatibility is not established by blade length alone. Avoid forcing incompatible components together.

Choose fin stiffness and length for your ability and training. Long fins and replacement blades do not replace freediving instruction or appropriate buddy procedures.

Care and storage

Rinse in fresh water after use and remove sand from the foot pockets and adjustments. Dry in the shade before storing away from heat and direct sunlight. Store blades flat without bending them or placing heavy items on top. Check straps and buckles before your next swim.
