Open-heel scuba fin sizing: Dive boots must be worn with these fins for a secure, comfortable fit. Boots help protect your feet from sharp rocks and rough surfaces during shore entries and exits, and make it convenient to walk to the water before putting your fins on. Choose your fin size to accommodate the boots you’ll be wearing.
Extra comfort with Lycra socks: We recommend wearing thin Lycra fin socks inside your dive boots to help reduce rubbing and blisters. They also make boots easier to put on and take off, reducing strain from pulling on the neoprene and seams. Lycra socks can help your feet slide into your wetsuit more easily, making gearing up more comfortable.

Cressi Frog Plus Pink open-heel diving fins
The pink Frog Plus combines a technopolymer blade with rubber side rails and an open-heel pocket. Positioning the foot pocket below the blade increases the blade’s usable working area.
