Match the attachment system: this guide covers SureLock II (SL II). Original SureLock (SL), Velcro, ModLock kits and trim pockets are separate systems.

Catalogue references: the Aqualung chart identifies the smaller SL II pocket as 707030 / 4.5 kg and the larger SL II pocket as 707037 / 7.5 kg. The product pages use the 10 lb and 15 lb format names. These are catalogue labels; always follow the weight limit stated for your exact BCD.

Aqualung SureLock II 10LB Replacement Weight Pocket

Replace a missing or damaged removable weight pocket with the Aqualung SureLock II 10 lb pocket. It is designed for the matching SureLock II system, with a mechanical latch that engages when correctly inserted and a handle for deliberate release.

Match the system as well as the size

This is the 10 lb (approximately 4.5 kg) pocket format, sold individually. Aqualung uses different pocket sizes and release arrangements across its BCD range, so confirm the exact BCD model, size and pocket fitting before ordering. The SureLock name alone is not enough to establish a match with an older system.

A spare pocket is useful for dive travel because removable weight pockets can be misplaced between dives. Match a spare to your own BCD before departure and follow the BCD instructions for loading, insertion, engagement and release checks.

Keep the handle accessible and do not exceed the BCD’s specified weight limits. Rinse the pocket and latch after diving and let them dry before storage. Lead weights are not included.

Standard mainland Australian shipping is $20. Click & Collect from our Hallam store is free once your order is ready.

Large or bulky gear: additional freight charges apply on top of standard shipping: large dive bags $30; long freediving fins $15; long spearguns $20. Scuba tank freight is shown at checkout.
Rural, remote & offshore: rural means anywhere outside metropolitan areas. Carrier availability and additional charges may apply, including for island and territory destinations. Our team will contact you if an extra freight quote is needed.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a refund, exchange or optional store credit on eligible unused goods within Australia. Refunds go to the original payment method. Keep goods clean and undamaged with tags, original packaging and all accessories. No restocking fee applies to eligible returns meeting these conditions.

For change-of-mind returns and size exchanges, you pay return postage and replacement shipping. Original delivery charges are not refunded. Water-tested goods, clearly marked clearance items and genuinely custom-made or personalised items are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Ordinary discounted goods remain eligible.

Use the product's size chart where available and compare your measurements with the guide for that brand. Sizing varies between brands and products. Still unsure? For fins and boots, tell us which socks or dive boots you will wear.

How do I check availability?
