How to measure your BCD
- Waist: measure at the waistline shown in the diagram, rather than using the size on your jeans. Keep the tape level.
- Over the shoulder (OTS): run the tape from your waistline at the back, over one shoulder, to your waistline at the front.
- Check the BCD over the exposure suit and layers you will dive in. Adjust the shoulder and waist straps, then check that you can breathe and move comfortably with the BCD inflated.
- Use the chart for the exact BCD model. Height and weight are guides; waist and harness fit also matter.

Aqualung Rogue replacement shoulder straps
These shoulder components are listed for the compatible modular Rogue BCD. They allow the shoulder section to be replaced or resized while retaining an appropriate Rogue harness configuration.
