How to measure your BCD
- Waist: measure at the waistline shown in the diagram, rather than using the size on your jeans. Keep the tape level.
- Over the shoulder (OTS): run the tape from your waistline at the back, over one shoulder, to your waistline at the front.
- Check the BCD over the exposure suit and layers you will dive in. Adjust the shoulder and waist straps, then check that you can breathe and move comfortably with the BCD inflated.
- Use the chart for the exact BCD model. Height and weight are guides; waist and harness fit also matter.

Aqualung Rogue BCD replacement waistband assembly
This waistband assembly is a component of the modular Aqualung Rogue BCD harness. It allows the waist section to be selected independently when replacing a worn component or adjusting the harness fit.
- Available in Small, Medium and Large.
- Designed for the compatible Rogue modular BCD system.
