OTS Spectrum Full-Face Buddy Phone Package
The OTS Spectrum lets you build a full-face diving setup around a compatible conventional second-stage regulator. Its panoramic tempered-glass visor, double-seal silicone skirt and five-point harness provide the mask assembly, while a flexible nose pocket allows nose access for equalisation. This package includes a Buddy Phone D2 digital communication unit. The regulator must be chosen, installed and checked according to the OTS manual.
Features and benefits
- Compatible regulator installation: Accepts suitable conventional second stages; check your exact model and installation.
- Tempered-glass visor: Choose the clear or coated configuration shown.
- Double-seal silicone skirt: Provides flexible facial contact.
- Five-point harness: Allows controlled adjustment.
- Flexible nose pocket: Allows nose pinching for equalisation.
- Buddy Phone D2 included: Digital through-water communication uses compatible units; range depends on conditions and noise.
Size and fit
Have the mask and breathing system fitted together. Check the seal, harness, equalisation and emergency procedures with appropriate training. The Buddy Phone is rated to 130 fsw (approximately 40 m); observe the lowest rating of the complete system.
Fit the complete system to the manufacturer’s instructions, including the regulator connection and any communication equipment. Follow the full-face-mask manual and your training for checks and operating limits.
What’s included
One Spectrum mask with five-point harness in the selected configuration. A compatible regulator and the optional Ambient Breathing Valve are not included. One Buddy Phone D2 transceiver with supplied earphone/microphone assembly is included. Its required 9 V alkaline battery is sold separately.

Care and storage
Rinse the mask in fresh water after every outing, flushing salt and grit from the skirt, strap and buckles. Use mild liquid soap only where the mask manufacturer allows it, then rinse thoroughly. Dry in the shade and store with the lens protected and the skirt relaxed. Check the strap and sealing edge before use. Avoid abrasives, toothpaste and flame treatments.
Follow the model manual for rinsing and any permitted mild-detergent cleaning of the mask. Clean the regulator and communication equipment separately using their own instructions; do not soak the complete breathing or electronic assembly in neoprene cleaner. Protect polycarbonate visors from solvents and scratching, and use only an approved visor-compatible defog. Have scheduled regulator maintenance completed by an appropriately qualified technician.
For a separate neoprene strap cover, if you use one, we recommend Cressi Neoclean Wetsuit Wash or Revivex Wetsuit Shampoo to clean compatible neoprene. Wash that component separately according to its care label and the cleaner’s dilution instructions, then rinse thoroughly and dry in the shade. These neoprene cleaners are not a recommendation for the mask lens or a regulator assembly.
