The Waterproof Meshtec 3D pants use a 3mm spacer mesh to maintain an air space between your body and the outer shell of a drysuit. They are designed as the lower half of a two-piece undergarment system, with a close, stretchy fit that makes layering straightforward.
Features and benefits
- Three-dimensional spacer fabric: small nylon spring-like fibres hold the inner and outer faces apart. This resists compression and helps preserve an insulating air layer where the suit presses against you.
- Space for air movement: the open mesh structure gives drysuit gas paths to move through as you change position, helping distribute warmth more evenly.
- 3mm construction: the thin spacer layer adds structure without relying on a bulky padded garment. The amount of additional insulation needed depends on your suit and diving conditions.
- Stretch fit and foot loops: the pants sit close to the body for easier dressing, while loops help keep the legs from riding up as you step into the suit.

Fit and use
Check that your complete layering system allows you to bend and reach freely. These are thermal undergarment pants, not a waterproof outer garment. Select the cut and size offered in the product options.

We dispatch orders five days a week, usually within 1–3 days. Standard mainland Australian shipping is $20. Click & Collect from our Hallam store is free once your order is ready.
- Large or bulky gear: additional freight charges apply on top of standard shipping: large dive bags $30; long freediving fins $15; long spearguns $20. Scuba tank freight is shown at checkout.
- Rural, remote & offshore: rural means anywhere outside metropolitan areas. Carrier availability and additional charges may apply, including for island and territory destinations. Our team will contact you if an extra freight quote is needed.

We offer a 30-day exchange on most unused products within Australia when they are in saleable condition with their original packaging and accessories.
