Hollis Mini Brass Pressure Gauge
The Hollis Mini Brass Pressure Gauge provides a compact mechanical pressure reference in a low-profile body. Its small face and black finish suit regulator arrangements where keeping the pressure instrument close and unobtrusive matters.
Features and benefits
- Compact 1.5-inch instrument. The 38.1 mm diameter reduces the space taken up by the gauge, useful where a larger face would be awkward to position.
- PVD-coated brass body. The coated metal housing combines a compact brass construction with a dark exterior finish.
- Contrasting dial. White markings stand out against the black background, and the luminous needle helps locate the pressure indication after light exposure.
- Bourdon-tube mechanism. The analogue movement translates pressure into pointer position without batteries or wireless pairing.
- Factory oxygen-clean assembly. The supplied air spool and Viton O-rings support installation with a suitable HP connection. Preserve oxygen cleanliness throughout the connected system.
Setup and compatibility
This metric version has a 0–400 bar dial and a scratch-resistant plastic lens. Confirm the gauge’s permitted working pressure and choose a compatible HP hose and fittings; the last scale marking does not establish a working-pressure rating. Have a qualified technician fit and test the assembly, including gas compatibility and oxygen cleanliness where required.
Care, rinsing and storage
Rinse the exterior with fresh water after diving. Keep the gauge and hose attached to the correctly assembled, pressurised regulator on a secured cylinder during immersion, then lift everything out and dry the connection before depressurising and disconnecting. Keep the pressure inlet protected from water and contamination.
Preserve the gauge’s oxygen-clean condition throughout handling, cleaning and storage. Use only the manufacturer’s oxygen-service cleaning procedure and approved materials; ordinary wetsuit shampoo, oil and general-purpose grease are unsuitable for this purpose. If cleanliness is in doubt, have an appropriately qualified technician assess the equipment before oxygen-service use.
Dry in the shade and store with the hose loosely curved and the gauge protected from impacts. Inspect the lens, hose, fittings, pointer movement and depressurised zero before use; arrange servicing after a leak, damage, internal moisture or a change in the reading.
