Cressi Quantum Mask Size & Fit Guide
Read the Cressi diagram: Match the lettered rows to the illustration. Dimensions describe the mask, not the size of your face. Where shown, the nose-size scale is Cressi’s comparative reference, not millimetres. Use the chart as a starting point and check the fit on your face.
Check your dive-mask fit
- Keep hair and any hood clear of the sealing edge. Rest the mask on your face without pulling the strap behind your head.
- Inhale gently through your nose to check whether the skirt forms an even seal. Check for gaps at the temples, cheeks and upper lip.
- Check that the frame and nose pocket feel comfortable without pressing on the bridge of your nose. You should be able to reach the nose pocket comfortably.
- Adjust both sides of the strap evenly, using only enough tension to hold the mask in place. Tightening harder will not correct a poor seal shape.
- Recheck the seal with your snorkel or regulator mouthpiece in place and with gentle facial movement. If the shape is uncomfortable or will not seal, try another model.
For help choosing a mask shape, ask our Hallam team during business hours.

Cressi Quantum Positive Prescription Dive Masks – Gauge Reader
From: Original price was: $329.85.$319.85Current price is: $319.85. inc. GST
This Cressi Quantum package includes the mask and two individual gauge-reading lenses, with each eye selected separately. It is a mask-and-lens configuration; a snorkel is only included if it is offered as an optional addition and selected.
Find your closest preset lens power
Use the distance prescription from your optometrist. Enter one eye or both eyes. Leave the other eye blank if you only need one lens. Results are a guide for preset sphere-only lenses, not a replacement for an eye-care professional's recommendation.
Enter SPH and CYL with a + or − sign, or choose the sign beside each number.
Our custom lenses can be made for your full prescription, including astigmatism or reading correction where suitable.
Explore our custom prescription dive masks →We estimate spherical equivalent as SPH + CYL ÷ 2, then show the closest 0.50 D step from ±1.00 D. AXIS helps describe astigmatism; ADD and prism are not corrected by a distance-only preset sphere lens. A suggested preset may improve distance vision without matching a full prescription. Exact powers and stock differ between masks; check the lens choices above before ordering. If the prescription is for reading only, use the custom lens service or ask your optometrist.

Do these gauge readers also correct distance vision?
The positive segment sits near the bottom of the lens for nearby instruments. The main upper area is plain and does not provide distance prescription correction. Ask your optometrist to confirm a suitable gauge-reading power for each eye; do not simply copy the Sphere number from everyday glasses.
Select both lens entries carefully, including left/right where the lens model uses different sides. A lens name or colour choice does not determine the correct strength. If your needs fall outside the available options, contact our team about a custom prescription mask.
Follow the mask manufacturer’s lens-fitting instructions or ask our team to arrange fitting. Check the completed mask seal and vision before entering the water.

Which other lens options are available for this mask?
If you need negative spherical correction rather than a lower reading segment, compare the Quantum negative prescription mask. Confirm the appropriate correction with your optometrist.
How do I check the mask fit before buying?
Face width, shape and nose-pocket comfort matter more than a general age or gender label. Keep hair clear of the skirt and check for an even seal without pressure around the brow or cheeks. Use light strap tension. For a gift, confirm the recipient’s fitting needs before selecting lens powers or fin sizes; our Hallam team can help compare options.
Lens care
Compatible cleaning products
For a coated, prescription or anti-fog-film lens, use only the cleaner or defogger approved by that lens manufacturer. Gear Aid Sea Drops is not recommended for prescription lenses or anti-reflective coatings. For a separate neoprene strap cover, if you use one, we recommend Cressi Neoclean Wetsuit Wash or Revivex Wetsuit Shampoo to clean compatible neoprene. Wash that component separately according to its care label and the cleaner’s dilution instructions, then rinse thoroughly and dry in the shade. These neoprene cleaners are not a recommendation for the mask lens or a regulator assembly.
Rinse with fresh water, dry in the shade and protect the lenses in a case. Use only cleaners and anti-fog treatments suitable for the installed corrective lenses. Avoid abrasive cleaners and flame treatments.
