How to measure
- Ask someone to help. Stand upright, look forward and keep your feet flat on the floor. Use a soft tape held close to the body without pulling it tight.
- Height: measure barefoot from the floor to the top of your head.
- Chest or bust: measure around the fullest part, keeping the tape level.
- Waist: measure around your natural waist between your ribs and hips.
- Hips: measure around the widest part with your feet together.
- Use every measurement shown in the size table. If your measurements span sizes, contact Dive Gear Australia for help with that model.
A wetsuit should fit closely while allowing comfortable breathing and movement. Check the sizes offered on the product before ordering.

The Nerea Lady combines a women’s anatomical pattern with soft 5 mm neoprene and an open-cell interior. Its flexible panels accommodate movement during freediving, while the knees include reinforcement.
