Cressi Atom Mask Size & Fit Guide
Read the Cressi diagram: Match the lettered rows to the illustration. Dimensions describe the mask, not the size of your face. Where shown, the nose-size scale is Cressi’s comparative reference, not millimetres. Use the chart as a starting point and check the fit on your face.
Check your dive-mask fit
- Keep hair and any hood clear of the sealing edge. Rest the mask on your face without pulling the strap behind your head.
- Inhale gently through your nose to check whether the skirt forms an even seal. Check for gaps at the temples, cheeks and upper lip.
- Check that the frame and nose pocket feel comfortable without pressing on the bridge of your nose. You should be able to reach the nose pocket comfortably.
- Adjust both sides of the strap evenly, using only enough tension to hold the mask in place. Tightening harder will not correct a poor seal shape.
- Recheck the seal with your snorkel or regulator mouthpiece in place and with gentle facial movement. If the shape is uncomfortable or will not seal, try another model.

The Cressi Atom uses a compact frameless construction for freediving and spearfishing. A semi-rigid support core sits inside the silicone skirt, giving the lenses support without the usual external plastic frame.
Features and benefits
- Very low internal volume: leaves less air space to equalise as you descend.
- Internal support core: keeps the design compact while supporting the lens assembly.
- Shaped nose pocket: includes two recesses near the nostrils to help you reach your nose for equalisation.
Choosing the fit
Try the skirt against your face with hair clear of the seal. Check for pressure around your nose and forehead, and make sure you can pinch your nose comfortably. Use only enough strap tension to hold the mask in place. A compact skirt or low internal volume does not guarantee a small-face fit. Equalise the mask as you descend.

Cressi’s measurements are reference points on the diagram. They describe the skirt and nose area, rather than overall frame dimensions or a guaranteed facial fit. Check the seal and nose-pocket comfort before choosing.
Care, rinsing and storage
Compatible cleaning products
For standard uncoated mask glass, TUSA TEC52 anti-fog treatment is an option when permitted by the mask and treatment instructions. For a separate neoprene strap cover, if you use one, we recommend Cressi Neoclean Wetsuit Wash or Revivex Wetsuit Shampoo to clean compatible neoprene. Wash that component separately according to its care label and the cleaner’s dilution instructions, then rinse thoroughly and dry in the shade. These neoprene cleaners are not a recommendation for the mask lens or a regulator assembly.
Rinse in fresh water after use, gently clearing salt and sand from the skirt and buckles. Use a cleaner suitable for your mask and lens finish, following its instructions. Avoid abrasive cleaners and flame treatment. Let the mask dry in the shade, then store it in a protective case away from heat and direct sunlight. Check the skirt, strap and buckles before your next dive.

- Rural, remote & offshore: rural means anywhere outside metropolitan areas. Carrier availability and additional charges may apply, including for island and territory destinations. Our team will contact you if an extra freight quote is needed.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a refund, exchange or optional store credit on eligible unused goods within Australia. Refunds go to the original payment method. Keep goods clean and undamaged with tags, original packaging and all accessories. No restocking fee applies to eligible returns meeting these conditions.
For change-of-mind returns and size exchanges, you pay return postage and replacement shipping. Original delivery charges are not refunded. Water-tested goods, clearly marked clearance items and genuinely custom-made or personalised items are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Ordinary discounted goods remain eligible.

How do I choose the right size?
Use the product's size chart where available and compare your measurements with the guide for that brand. Sizing varies between brands and products. Still unsure? For fins and boots, tell us which socks or dive boots you will wear.
How do I check availability?
