Apollo Bio Metal Pro Polarised Dive Mask
The Japanese-made Apollo Bio Metal Pro Polarised mask combines a hand-finished stainless-steel frame, a soft surgical-grade silicone skirt and laminated polarised lenses. It is designed for divers who want less reflected glare, particularly around the water surface.
Japanese metal craftsmanship
The Pro frame is precision-machined from stainless steel and hand-finished in Japan. Its slim profile keeps frame obstruction low, while the metal adds weight that helps balance the lift from air inside the mask.
Laminated polarised glass
Apollo sandwiches a specialised polarising layer within laminated glass. That layer reduces reflected glare and scattered light, helping improve contrast. The lenses transmit approximately 45% of visible light, so they give a darker view than clear lenses.
UVA and UVB transmission is less than 1%, and the polarisation ratio is over 99%. These figures describe the lens performance; the polarising layer and UV filtering have different jobs.
C-Class regular fit
This model uses Apollo’s C-Class skirt, the regular adult fit in the Bio Metal range. If you usually need a smaller mask, compare it with a D-Class model and check the seal and nose-pocket comfort before choosing.
Soft silicone face seal
The supple surgical-grade silicone skirt provides a comfortable contact surface. Check the seal around your cheeks, forehead and nose, and make sure you can reach your nose for equalisation without tightening the strap excessively.

Care and storage
Rinse with fresh water after each use and flush away sand before touching the lenses. Use a soft cloth only after grit has been removed. Avoid abrasive cleaners or polishing the coated lens surfaces. Let the mask dry out of direct sunlight and store it with the skirt and strap relaxed.
Adjustable split silicone strap
The wide, split rear section spreads contact across the back of your head and helps keep the strap in place. Adjust the side buckles for a secure, comfortable fit without pulling the skirt tight against your face.
