The ThermiQ 5mm pairs flexible neoprene with a graphene-containing thermal lining and internal cuff seals. It is designed for divers who want a suit that follows their movements while limiting the exchange of water through the wrists and ankles.
Features and Benefits
- Flexible panels: Stretch in the material helps the suit follow shoulder, hip and knee movement. This supports reaching equipment and swimming when the suit is correctly sized.
- Seam construction: Stitched and sealed. The joins help limit water passage through the panels and support the areas that flex when you move.
- Water control at the openings: Internal wrist and ankle cuffs. A close seal reduces the repeated replacement of warmed water with colder water. Check that the seals sit flat and overlap properly with the rest of your exposure gear.
- Inner lining: Graphene-containing thermal lining. The inner surface adds comfort against the body and works with the suit’s neoprene insulation; let it dry fully between sessions.

Fit and Sizing
Compare your chest, waist, hips and height with the model’s size guide. The suit should sit closely without restricting breathing or shoulder movement. Settle the panels into place and check for excessive gaps or folds before deciding on a size. Match the thickness and coverage to the water conditions, activity and your own comfort. Warmth depends on fit, exposure time and the rest of your exposure gear.

LIQUID SEAMS: Double stitched and sealed seams prevent water entry and increase the wetsuit’s life.
Gear Care and Washing
Dive Gear Australia recommends Cressi Neoclean Wetsuit Wash or Revivex Wetsuit Shampoo for compatible neoprene. Regular cleaning helps remove salt, chlorine and everyday residue and, together with thorough drying and proper storage, helps extend your gear’s life. Use the label dilution and follow this product’s care instructions.
After every use, rinse the suit inside and out in cool fresh water to remove salt, chlorine, sand and other residue. Gently hand wash when needed using a wetsuit cleaner suitable for the material, following the cleaner’s dilution instructions and the garment care label. Rinse thoroughly after washing.
Let both sides dry completely in the shade with good airflow. Support the suit on a broad wetsuit hanger, or drape it over a wide support to avoid stretching the shoulders. Store clean and dry in a cool place away from direct sunlight, heaters, hot cars and sharp folds.
Do not machine wash, tumble dry, iron, bleach or use solvents. Follow the supplied care instructions for this suit and its zip before using any cleaning or maintenance product.
