Apeks MTX-R DIN sidemount regulator set
The MTX-R set provides two first stages and two second stages with hose lengths and accessories for a sidemount configuration. Environmentally sealed diaphragm first stages use rotating turrets for hose routing.
- Two DIN first stages with five-port swivelling turrets.
- Two pneumatically balanced MTX-R second stages.
- 210cm and 61cm double-swivel regulator hoses.

- The MTX-R is based on the MTX, a regulator that was developed in accordance with the United States Navy Experimental Dive Unit extreme cold water test. Innovations in design mean that the MTX-R regulator performs in almost freezing water at a depth of over 60 m, something that very few other regulators on the consumer market can boast. With an innovative first stage design that helps to prevent ice build-up around the diaphragm.

- Environmental over-moulded endcap & diaphragm that helps prevent ice build-up that can cause first stage free flow in extreme circumstances. Also protects the first stage from impact damage.
- Double swivel hose for greater freedom of movement and comfort.
- 5 x 3/8” UNF medium pressure ports & 2 x 7/16” UNF high-pressure ports.
- The 5th 3/8” UNF medium pressure port includes a protective bumper when not in use.
- Angled HP ports for optimal hose routing and fitting transmitters.
- Forged rotating turret with medium pressure ports in a parallel direction for improved hose orientation.
- Tested for Octopus use - EN250A to 60 m cold water.
