This flexible arm kit connects a compatible Light & Motion Sola video light to a ¾-inch modular arm setup through a ½-inch end. It includes twelve ¾-inch segments, a ½-to-¾-inch adapter, base and ¼-20 mounting bolt and nut. Check your light mount and tray fittings.
