Cressi Gara Insoles help adjust the fit of compatible Gara Modular fin pockets. Supplied as a left-and-right pair, the semi-rigid inserts have trimming guides for sizing. Check the fit with your intended neoprene socks before cutting.

The new insole for Gara Modular fins is recommended for use with thin socks in temperate waters because it improves the kick performance. According to pre-printed guidelines, the insoles are supplied as a pair (right and left foot) and can be cut into their shape in three different sizes. The semi-rigid material of the insole is completely recycled.
Adjusting the fit
Check the left and right inserts against your pocket size before cutting along the printed guides. Try the fins with your intended socks and check that your heel stays secure without compressed toes or instep. An insole can refine the fit; it cannot correct a pocket that is the wrong shape for your foot.
Care and storage
Rinse the insoles and pockets after use, remove sand and dry in the shade. Check that each insert lies flat before use. Store flat and away from heat, and replace a damaged insert if it develops an edge that could rub against your sock or foot.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a refund, exchange or optional store credit on eligible unused goods within Australia. Refunds go to the original payment method. Keep goods clean and undamaged with tags, original packaging and all accessories. No restocking fee applies to eligible returns meeting these conditions.
For change-of-mind returns and size exchanges, you pay return postage and replacement shipping. Original delivery charges are not refunded. Water-tested goods, clearly marked clearance items and genuinely custom-made or personalised items are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Ordinary discounted goods remain eligible.
