Open-heel scuba fin sizing: Dive boots must be worn with these fins for a secure, comfortable fit. Boots help protect your feet from sharp rocks and rough surfaces during shore entries and exits, and make it convenient to walk to the water before putting your fins on. Choose your fin size to accommodate the boots you’ll be wearing.
Extra comfort with Lycra socks: We recommend wearing thin Lycra fin socks inside your dive boots to help reduce rubbing and blisters. They also make boots easier to put on and take off, reducing strain from pulling on the neoprene and seams. Lycra socks can help your feet slide into your wetsuit more easily, making gearing up more comfortable.

The Cressi Frog Plus Fins are designed for scuba diving and snorkelling with dive boots. Choose them with the dive boots you plan to wear, because dive boot brand, style, sole shape and neoprene thickness can all affect the fit.

All sizing is a guide only; foot width and shape affect the fit. Try the fins with your dive boots. The strap should hold the boot securely without curling your toes or creating uncomfortable pressure. Boots are sold separately with these standalone fins.
To measure your feet, place paper against a wall, stand with your heel gently against the wall and mark your longest toe. Measure from the wall to the mark in centimetres. Repeat for the other foot and use the longer measurement. Where a model has no foot-length chart, contact us with that measurement and your usual shoe size rather than using another fin model’s chart.
Care and storage
Rinse in fresh water after use and remove sand from the foot pockets and adjustments. Dry in the shade before storing away from heat and direct sunlight. Store blades flat without bending them or placing heavy items on top. Check straps and buckles before your next swim.
